Shipping & returns
Shipping Policy
We ship by postnord, your package arrives within 1-7 days (not weekends and red days). Should a delay in the package occur, contact us via email and we will contact postnord. Always wait 1-2 days extra as weekends and red days are not included in the shipping time.
AT THE MOMENT WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN SWEDEN DUE TO THE PAYMENT PROBLEM.
RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts for 14 days according to the Consumer Purchase Act. If it has been 14 days since your purchase, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must be in the original packaging unopened.
NOTE! Only unopened packages are accepted!
Non-returnable item:

To complete your return, we need a receipt or Order Confirmation.
Shipped with the item returned
There are some situations where only partial repayment is granted:
* All goods that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our fault.
* All items returned later than 30 days after delivery
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are accepted, your refund will be processed, and a refund will be made automatically to your original payment method within 1-10 days depending on the payment method.
UNRELEASED PACKAGES ARE CHARGED WITH SEK 120 ADMINISTRATION FEE
Late or no refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund arrives in your account.
There is often a certain processing time before a refund is registered.

Discounted goods
Returns are not accepted on sale items!
Only commonly priced products can be refunded, unfortunately not sale items.
Replacements / replacement goods
We only replace goods if they are defective or damaged. Applies only to goods damaged during delivery or in the event of factory defects. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at dani.i.collection@gmail.com for further instructions.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send your product to: Källåkersvägen, Norsborg, stockholm, 14576, Sweden.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item (unless otherwise stated). Shipping costs are not refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are sending an item worth more than SEK 500, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will get your returned item, therefore we are not responsible for it!
